About The Position

The Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System Interviewer collects data on personal behaviors that affect health by conducting telephone surveys, including but not limited to the Oklahoma Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS).

Requirements

high school diploma or GED
one year of call center or customer service experience
knowledge of office methods and procedures
knowledge of telephone procedures and standard business communications
knowledge of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and basic mathematics
Skill is required to operate office machines including computers/PCs.
Ability is required to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to independently follow established protocols
Ability to encourage respondents to answer questions
Ability to probe and clarify if needed
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
Employees must be willing to complete all job-related travel associated with this position.

Accurately Codes Survey Responses
Follows Study Protocols
Being present at the office is an essential function of the job.
