Crisis Stabilization Services (CSS) delivers comprehensive care for individuals facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. Through our Acute Treatment Unit and Withdrawal Management (Detox) programs, we address clients’ unique needs with empathy and expertise. Our services include individual counseling, medication monitoring, case management, group therapy, withdrawal management, and tailored discharge and aftercare planning, all designed to empower clients on their path to recovery. As a Behavioral Health Worker, you play a pivotal role in transforming lives by implementing personalized care plans. You’ll collaborate with clients navigating mental health and substance use challenges, ensuring adherence to the policies and standards of North Range Behavioral Health. Beyond this, you’ll be a cornerstone of support—offering emotional encouragement, resolving barriers to resources, and advocating for clients’ needs to help them achieve meaningful progress in their recovery journey.
