About The Position

The Behavioral Health Therapist provides evidence-based treatment to children and their families within a school setting, in accordance with agency vision and mission. In this role you will participate in supervision, case consultation conferences and agency meetings. You will also serve as an ambassador for the promotion of the Children's Institute. This is a 10-month academic calendar year, school-based position.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling or related degree required.
  • Master's prepared clinician practicum required.

Nice To Haves

  • Three years' experience working as a behavioral health clinician with children/families with diverse cultures, and children with disabilities (sensory, cognitive, physical) preferred.
  • Credentialing with managed care organizations preferred.
