About The Position

Working as an independent healthcare provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team. We are seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist or Clinical Psychologist to: Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns and diagnoses. Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes. Coordinate patient care with primary care, other specialty providers, and families via written and verbal communication. Provide psychotherapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate. Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of psychotherapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary. Requirements

  • If Behavioral Health Therapist: Education: Minimum – Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field
  • If Behavioral Health Therapist: Work Experience: Minimum – 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
  • If Behavioral Health Therapist: Licenses and Certifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required and Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required
  • If Clinical Psychologist: Education: Minimum – Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field.
  • If Clinical Psychologist: Work Experience: Minimum – One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience
  • If Clinical Psychologist: Licenses and Certifications: Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required

Nice To Haves

  • If Behavioral Health Therapist: Work Experience: Preferred – 5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
  • If Clinical Psychologist: Licenses and Certifications: Preferred Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin
