How you'll contribute A Behavioral Health Technicians Manager who excels in this role: Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management. Perform and oversees scheduling, staff development, recruitment, payroll, and student engagement. Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies. Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth. Ensures department stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care. Have regular and reliable attendance. Position serves both internal co-workers and external customers, clients, patients, contractors, and vendors. Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance. Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Manages the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, and ensuring quality standards. Responsible for hiring, terminating, training and developing, reviewing performance and administering corrective action for staff. Requirements

  • Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited school required, three years of behavioral health experience and One year of leadership/management experience.
  • Certifications: CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.
  • Experience: Three years of behavioral health experience and One year of leadership/management experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited school required.
