Our ABA therapy builds communication, social, and independent skills and as a Behavior Therapist, you play a meaningful part in each child’s progress. Requirements
- Lift up to 30lbs
- Sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children
- Get on and off the floor frequently
- Maintain an active pace throughout the day
- Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Commitment to ABC’s core value of team; may occasionally help support a nearby sister clinic if that center is experiencing a need for coverage
