About The Position

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow your skills, receive specialized training, and truly connect with patients. Full-time, Monday–Friday, with 8‑hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. This role requires consistent availability during that window, though exact shift times may vary. Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent clinical certification, combined with substantial work experience—ideally in patient-facing or customer service roles. A stable and consistent work history is required.
  • Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD preferred). Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required. Strong grasp appropriate patient/provider boundaries required.
  • Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided). Reliable personal transportation to travel between centers is required.

  • Patient-Centered Professional: You prioritize patients, have strong integrity and work ethic, and offer professional feedback.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or any human services related major; AND at least one combined year of work or internship experience, required. Preference for healthcare or behavioral health experience.
  • Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
