Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of responsible employment
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
Knowledge of confidentiality laws governing the treatment of substance use and mental health disorders
Basic math skills and ability to navigate electronic medical records
Ability to establish rapport with clients while maintaining professional boundaries
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to crises as needed
Ability to lift, carry, and push objects as required by the job duties
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

Prefer experience in Human Services or a related field, but will consider skilled individuals without prior experience

Responsibilities

Provide direct care and support to clients/patients, including monitoring daily activities and responding to crises
Facilitate group education and structured activities, promoting client engagement and participation
Assist in the admission/orientation process, including obtaining vital signs and collecting necessary lab specimens
Provide transportation support for clients/patients as required
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure medication compliance and adherence to program policies
