Requirements

  • High School education OR equivalent with two (2) years of responsible employment.
  • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle.
  • Valid Driver’s license in state of residency with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Human Services or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Admit, supervise, monitor, transfer, and discharge clients/patients.
  • Ensure monitoring of vital signs and determine the need for medical intervention when critical symptoms arise.
  • Obtain and document vital signs and relevant medical symptoms as indicated.
  • Oversee medication administration per policy and procedure, maintaining accurate records regarding client medications.
  • Monitor clients for signs of withdrawal, facilitating necessary assessments and interventions.
  • Encourage adherence to program expectations in a trauma-informed manner, communicating behaviors to the treatment team as needed.
  • Participate actively in the treatment team, documenting client behaviors and reporting concerns.
  • Facilitate urine collection and testing while adhering to appropriate policies.
  • Maintain a clean environment and ensure the safety of clients/patients during all activities.
