Join Northway Academy in St. Michael as a Behavior Technician, where you’ll provide 1:1 center-based ABA therapy to children with Autism and related condition!. In this hands on role, you’ll help kids develop meaningful skills like communication, emotional regulation, daily routines, and social interaction. You’ll be part of a supportive, mission driven team focused on helping each child grow, thrive, and reach their potential!
Requirements
- Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s OR Master's degree in a related mental health field (e.g. psychology, special education, social work, etc.)
- Associate’s degree obtained in a related field + 2,000 hours of supervised experience (e.g. DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional)
- High school diploma (or GED) + 4,000 hours of supervised experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities
- Fluent in a non-English language or certified by a tribal nation
