Our programming includes intensive care management supports for families and adults, Crisis Stabilization programming, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) for individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness, Child First for young children and caregivers, integrated co-occurring Intensive Outpatient treatment, individual and family therapy, medication management (including MAT), peer support, supported employment/housing, and holistic recovery services for mental health and substance use disorders. The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) serves as a frontline crisis support professional within the Crisis Walk-In Center, providing screening, intake, engagement, care coordination, and stabilization support for individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises. This role supports individuals during psychiatric crises, early withdrawal, and stabilization while working closely with clinicians, SUD counselors, and medical staff. BHTs play a critical role in engagement, safety monitoring, care transitions, and system navigation , particularly during high-stress, high-acuity moments.
