About The Position
Looking for a full-time position with more flexibility in your week? We are hiring Weekend Youth Mentors to work Saturday and Sunday double shifts (7:00 AM – 11:00 PM). You will work 32 hours across two days and receive 40 hours of pay through our built-in incentive. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who want a meaningful career while maintaining a flexible lifestyle. As a Youth Mentor, you will work directly with adolescent clients in a residential treatment setting. Through structure, accountability, and positive engagement, you will help youth develop life skills, manage behaviors, and move toward a successful future. Your role is essential in creating a safe, supportive, and growth-focused environment. This Live for Life residential program provides structured treatment for male adolescents experiencing mental health challenges. Clients receive individual, group, and family therapy, along with psychiatric and skill-building support in a safe, therapeutic environment. Our mission is to help youth successfully transition back to their families and communities with the tools they need to thrive.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass an FBI background check

Responsibilities
- Build positive, structured relationships with youth
- Maintain a safe and supervised environment at all times
- Lead recreational, skill-building, and therapeutic support activities
- Assist with daily routines (meals, chores, hygiene, and schedules)
- Monitor behaviors and document client progress
- Communicate effectively with the clinical and leadership teams
- Transport clients to appointments and community activities
- Enforce program structure and expectations with consistency
