As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), you'll be the heartbeat of patient care, working side-by-side with our RNs to: Assist patients with daily living activities Participate in treatment planning and therapeutic rounds Create and maintain a safe, supportive environment Provide crisis intervention and gather vital patient information Lead engaging activities and groups that support recovery goals This is a role where every shift brings purpose, impact, and the chance to uplift others.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in the behavioral health field
• Must be 21+ years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• CPR, First Aid, and TO certification (or completion within 30 days of hire)
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical
• Must be eligible for a fingerprint clearance card
