Summary: An essential role in the delivery of residential and outpatient treatment services. This is a direct care position with the primary responsibility of interacting with and supervising clients in treatment. The role assists the clinical and administrative teams to identify and serve client needs. Pay: $15 before shift differentials. Shift: 3rd shift: 11:00pm -7:00am, usually including 1 weekend day in weekly schedule 1st Shift differentials: (Saturday and Sunday) $1.00 2nd Shift differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.00 (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50 3rd Shift Differentials: (Monday - Friday) $1.50 (Saturday and Sunday) $1.50

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• Prefer behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience.
• Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete the intake process with new clients into the program.
• Maintain client documentation.
• Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable.
• Coordinate client activities.
• Follow objectives of treatment plans and client-specific needs.
• Evaluate behavioral and emotional needs of clients and provide responses, including crisis intervention.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment.
• Assist with the dietary needs of clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
