About The Position

Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers invites you to join our dedicated team. We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, Medical Assistant certification, or equivalent clinical certification, coupled with significant relevant work experience. Consistent work history.
  • Technical & Clinical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (AdvancedMD and SalesForce preferred). Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) required.
  • Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training provided).

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Human Services field; and at least one year of healthcare work experience (not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care: Administer TMS and esketamine treatments following clinical guidelines, meticulously monitor patient responses, administer and record psychiatric rating scales, and proactively address patient discomfort.
  • Ensure patient well-being and accurate record-keeping: Deliver empathetic and supportive care, maintain accurate EHR, and manage patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and financial procedures.
  • Support operational efficiency: Understand and assist with insurance and billing processes as needed.
