Avenues Recovery Center at New England is a residential-style outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program offering partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment services. Our New England location is affiliated exclusively with Sober Living New Hampshire - a collection of three boutique sober living homes - enabling clients to engage in treatment while residing in a beautiful, relaxed, domestic setting with round-the-clock supervision and care. Requirements

High School diploma or GED preferred
Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is .
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles

Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations ( i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
