Saint Mary’s Behavioral Health Center is an evidence-based, client-centered residential treatment program dedicated to meeting clients where they are and helping them “be the great person they were always meant to be.” We provide a warm, welcoming, and therapeutic environment for adolescents receiving mental health treatment. We are currently seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to provide safe monitoring, support, and structure for clients in our primary mental health residential program. The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is a vital member of the treatment team and works under the supervision of the Director of Housing and Transportation. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety, care, and well-being of clients, maintaining a supportive therapeutic environment, and accurately documenting client behavior.
