Hidden Creek Recovery & Retreat (HCRR) provides residential mental health treatment for adolescents ages 11–17. Our clients may present with complex behavioral health needs, including self-harm, aggression, suicidal ideation, substance use, trauma, mood instability, depression, and anxiety. We are seeking Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) who are dependable, observant, and compassionate—professionals who can maintain a calm, structured, and safe environment during overnight hours while supporting adolescents who may be actively symptomatic. The Behavioral Health Technician is a vital member of the Hidden Creek Recovery & Retreat System of Care. Under the supervision of the Director of Housing and Transportation, the BHT is responsible for ensuring client safety, monitoring overnight activity, documenting behavior, and maintaining a supportive, therapeutic milieu throughout the residential program.
