Day in the Life: In your day-to-day work, you will have the opportunity to get to know residents one-on-one in a deep and meaningful way. You will provide them with individualized attention and support to help them achieve their goals. You will work with residents to help them understand their healthy and unhealthy behaviors and develop and use coping skills.
