The Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor works with the leadership team to oversee programming, and operations, ensuring all BHTs function safely, effectively, and efficiently by promoting the best quality standards. They supervise BHTs in scheduling, task completion, communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, and time and priority management. BHT Supervisors collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure maintenance of treatment fidelity, company policy, procedures and client satisfaction are being met according to OCD Anxiety Centers standards. Demonstrate all competencies of BHT level 1 and 2 Demonstrate ability to identify which training topics need to be given for the BHTs continual improvement Demonstrate ability to hold live trainings through Google chat rooms and answer BHTs questions effectively Demonstrate ability to train on proper implementation of Exposure, DBT, and SGG groups and ensure that all new BHTs pass on all competencies for their position within 90 days Demonstrate how to properly audit and perform competency evaluations on Exposure/skills, SSG, and DBT groups. Demonstrate ability to train, coach, and mentor BHTs for ongoing growth and development by consistent performance reviews, mentoring, coaching, and staff appreciation Demonstrate effectiveness as an Incident Commander Demonstrate ability to Manage timecards, and time off requests, and be able to keep staff accountable for their attendance Demonstrate ability to have an overview of the needs of the clients and staff at all times Demonstrate how to properly exit clinical employees Demonstrate understanding of basic functions of other departments and positions Demonstrate ability to make adjustments to the BHT schedule when needed and train BHT level 2s how to create the BHT schedule
