Behavioral Health Technician / Recovery Support Specialist - 2nd Shift (SUD Treatment) Location: Concord, MA (NEW Facility!) Position Summary We are seeking reliable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our afternoon/evening team. In this role, you’ll play an important part in providing structure and support during peak program hours, ensuring clients remain engaged, safe, and supported as they progress through treatment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, or similar setting

Responsibilities

  • Support new admissions, including paperwork and orientation as needed
  • Conduct routine safety checks and monitor client behavior throughout the shift
  • Document observations and interactions accurately in shift logs
  • Respond to emergencies or crises in collaboration with clinical staff
  • Ensure a calm, structured environment that supports client safety and stability
  • Assist with groups, activities, or medication lines under supervision
  • Maintain adherence to schedules and treatment protocols
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
