As a Behavioral Health Specialist with the Teaching Together Home Visiting (TTHV) program, you’ll play a key role in supporting the behavioral and developmental needs of children from birth to age five. This position focuses on early identification of developmental and behavioral concerns, promoting school readiness, and strengthening parenting skills. Through observation, screening, consultation, and collaboration with home visitors and families, you’ll help ensure each child receives the support they need to thrive across all areas of development—social, cognitive, language, and physical. What we are looking for in the ideal candidate: Level I: High School Diploma and two years experience in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field. Level II: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a closely related field, plus a minimum of two years of teaching experience in an early childhood education program. Teaching experience with children 0-5 preferred. Must be fluent in two or more languages, including one that supports the needs of the program and community. Valid Driver's License, auto insurance and acceptable driving record.
