The Temecula Adult Mental Health Clinic is a comprehensive outpatient facility dedicated to serving adults experiencing severe and persistent mental health conditions. The clinic provides a range of essential services, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, referrals for inpatient psychiatric care, and short-term crisis intervention. In addition to core clinical services, the clinic offers recovery-oriented programs such as the Recovery Management Program, Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) groups, and an integrated dual-diagnosis program designed for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. This position is responsible for leading and supervising a multidisciplinary team, overseeing the delivery of clinical services to the community, monitoring staff performance, coordinating workflow and coverage, ensuring regulatory compliance, facilitating team meetings, and providing professional guidance and support to staff. A valid California Driver's License is required, as the role may involve occasional travel. The position follows a 9/80 work schedule, with start times at either 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM.
