This position will join a team of compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Providers within Mammoth Hospital’s Integrated Behavioral Health Program. Over the past several years, we have intentionally built a close-knit, dependable team that values collaboration, mutual support, and high-quality patient care. We work closely with primary care and pediatric providers to address patients’ needs holistically and in real time. The Behavioral Health Provider delivers evidence-based mental health services to individuals, children and adolescent population, and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary medical team to ensure comprehensive, integrated care. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys teamwork, values flexibility, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. What You'll Do: Provide same-day and scheduled initial behavioral health consultations for patients referred by primary care providers. Deliver brief, evidence-based interventions tailored to the integrated care setting. Provides a range of services including screening for common conditions, assessments, and interventions related to behavioral health and chronic disease management programs. Document treatment goals, interventions, and clinical progress in the medical record Care Coordination & Consultation Triage patients to the appropriate level of care within Mammoth Hospital’s behavioral health program or external community resources using step-up/step-down criteria Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, primary care providers, and pediatricians to develop and implement integrated treatment plans Serve as a consultant to medical providers and external agencies regarding behavioral health needs, care planning, and program development Who You Are: Compassionate and empathetic, and patient-centered An excellent listener and communicator A collaborative team player who values interdisciplinary work Passionate about mental health and holistic, whole-person care What You'll Need: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist Experience or interest in integrated behavioral health or medical settings preferred Experience with psychological testing or assessment is a plus Job Information: Full-time position at 30-40 hours/week, varied day shifts. Highly competitive salary. The base salary range is the current pay rate for the position however it is also eligible to earn additional compensation on a monthly basis based on volume worked (i.e., patient visits).
