About The Position

Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL is committed to delivering compassionate, patient‑centered behavioral health and substance use treatment services to our community. Our Behavorial Health Clinic provides evidence-based programs, multidisciplinary support, and individualized care to help patients on journey. We are seeking a mission-driven leader to help elevate our program and guide our dedicated clinical team. Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Behaviroral Health outpatient progra, ensuring smooth, efficient workflow and exceptional patient experience. Supervise, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff including counselors, case managers, and support personnel. Oversee program delivery for outpatient, intensive outpatient treatment programs. Monitor clinical quality, documentation standards, and adherence to evidence-based treatment practices. Collaborate with hospital leadership, community partners, and referring providers to support continuity of care and program growth. Manage budgets, staffing plans, scheduling, and resource allocation. Lead quality improvement initiatives and maintain performance metrics related to patient outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of a master’s degree in Human Services, Counseling or another helping field
  • Must have a current and valid license as a LCADC, LPC, LCSW or the equivalent, issued by the State.
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years directing outpatient substance abuse treatment programs.
  • Must have a BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
