About The Position

This Behavioral Health Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position is a full-time role located primarily at Saint Luke’s Crittenton Children’s Center. The primary patient population includes child and adolescent patients 18 years old and younger. The APP will provide psychiatric care in an ambulatory setting. -The APP will be accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of patients. -The APP is expected to participate in the general psychiatric management of various patient diagnoses, performing psychiatric exams and evaluating patient progress in attaining expected outcomes. -The APP will collect and analyze patient health data to identify appropriate expected outcomes and develop and implement a plan of care. -The APP will utilize prescriptive authority in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations and will coordinate with collaborating physician(s) as appropriate. -The APP will see primarily established patients, though will have opportunity for new evaluation of patients with established diagnoses. They will provide comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case management. -The APP will enhance the abilities of others and effect change in the system. uses prescriptive authority procedures and treatments in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations. -At least one year of experience preferred, but not required for consideration. Requirements

  • Applicable Experience: 1 year Advanced Practice Provider (MO) - Various
  • Psychiatric & Mental Health Nurse (ANCC) - American Nurses Credentialing Center
  • Master's Degree - Family Psychiatric & Mental Health Nursing Nurse Practitioner
