About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. Requirements
- Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Psychiatric Technician.
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- IV certification within 90 days of hire
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to behavioral health patients per treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses and side effects
- Observe and report changes in patient condition or behavior
- Assist with assessments, admissions, and discharge planning
- Support crisis intervention and de‑escalation as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow safety guidelines
