This position will support Piedmont Macon. It is an onsite, Monday-Friday position. Responsibilities This position provides direct oversight of the daily operations of the Behavioral Health Intake Department, manages training & education, quality management, performance improvement, and all activities related to the clinical assessments, disposition of behavioral health patients and daily management of intake clinical product. This person will perform the duties of the intake team as needed. Qualifications Education Master’s Degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field, or an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in nursing. Work Experience 3 years experience in a Behavioral Healthcare setting performing Clinical Assessments or in a clinical treatment setting
