Alexander Youth Network is seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor for their Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) in Charlotte, NC. Requirements

High school diploma is required
Must have a valid NC driver’s license

Nice To Haves

B.A./B.S. in a related human service field is preferred
Four years of experience in Mental Health is preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor various direct care activities for clients in residential and group home settings
Ensure adherence to the NMT model for consistent and appropriate therapeutic activities, clinical interventions, staffing, and treatment planning
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Ensure the residential facilities are well-maintained
