As a Behavioral Health Counselor at Noble, you will: Deliver Compassionate Care: Provide patient-centered mental health and substance use disorder services to support and improve overall well-being. Be Part of an Integrated Care Model: Deliver evidence-based, quality care with the support of a collaborative team, including Medical, Pharmacy, and Dental providers. Serve as a Behavioral Health Expert: Work closely with an interdisciplinary team while offering your expertise to address diverse behavioral health needs. Expand Access to Care: Help break barriers to care by focusing on the needs of underserved communities. Innovate and Collaborate: Thrive in an environment that values innovation, continuously addressing the intersection of health and behavioral health needs. The National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program (LRP) offers primary medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health care clinicians the opportunity to have their student loans repaid while earning a competitive salary in exchange for serving in urban, rural, or tribal communities with limited access to care.
