As a Behavioral Health Consultant, you’ll be the go-to pro helping patients tackle behavioral health challenges, manage chronic conditions, and take control of their well-being—all while supporting primary care providers and playing a vital role in integrated care. Requirements

  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work or equivalent education/experience combo
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently
