About The Position

Phoenix Behavioral Health is an outpatient mental health treatment provider offering Partial Care, IOP, and outpatient services for adults. Our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality behavioral health care while building strong relationships within the communities we serve. We are seeking an outgoing, relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Community Marketer. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building partnerships, and educating providers and community organizations about behavioral health services. Position Summary The Community Marketer is responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships, increasing program awareness, and supporting admissions growth. This position represents Phoenix Behavioral Health in the community and serves as a liaison between our clinical team and referral sources such as hospitals, therapists, social service agencies, and medical providers.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-person outreach to hospitals, therapists, physicians, schools, and community organizations
Develop and maintain referral partnerships within the assigned territory
Educate providers and community stakeholders on PBH programs, levels of care, and admission criteria
Coordinate and attend networking events, health fairs, and community presentations
Provide tours of the facility to referral sources when appropriate
Collaborate closely with the Admissions team to ensure smooth referral and intake processes
Track outreach activities, contacts, and referral data
Follow up with referral sources regarding patient placements and outcomes (within HIPAA guidelines)
Assist with marketing materials, presentations, and program promotions
Identify new referral opportunities and underserved areas in the community
Represent PBH professionally and in accordance with ethical and confidentiality standards
