Requirements

  • Master’s Degree with a major in social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Clear and active License in Washington
  • Licensed Mental Health Clinician Associate (LMHCA)
  • Licensed Mental Health Clinician (LMHC)
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Candidates with a completed Masters degree along with strong relevant experience may be considered if they do not have licensure (must be willing to obtain WA licensure).
  • Ability to enter and manage data into a centralized electronic health records system

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to speak Spanish is highly preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Monday – Friday (5 8s)
  • Work as part of the integrated health team to treat patients with emotional and/or health problems efficiently and effectively.
  • This position will be 50% in-clinic and 50% at the local elementary school.
  • Consult with interdisciplinary team of primary care and behavioral health providers
  • Provide access to behavioral health to patients through brief solution focused interventions, while generating internal and external referrals for specialty behavioral medicine/treatments.
  • Maintain records that document interventions provided in accordance with program requirements and guidelines.
  • Participate in evaluation and training of peers and support staff. Also, monitor behavioral health programs, identify problems related to patient care and make recommendations for improvement.
