Family Centers offers health, education and human services to children, adults, and families living in Lower Fairfield County. Our counseling and mental health services help individuals, groups, couples and families resolve a wide range of personal and relationship issues. All services are facilitated by trained mental health professionals and provided in our licensed and accredited centers located in Greenwich and Stamford. The Role We are currently seeking Bilingual Clinicians to provide mental health services at our Greenwich and Stamford outpatient clinics. These clinicians will work closely with the care team at each location to provide integrated behavioral health care leading to improved health outcomes for our clients. These positions are in-person, full time roles. Clinician responsibilities include: Providing comprehensive assessments and psychotherapy to individuals (children and adults), families, couples, and groups in need of mental health treatment. Identifying each client’s psychosocial needs utilizing the Social Determinants of Health and providing referrals and resources. Collaborating and providing mental health consultations to medical staff, and leading workshops and trainings related to mental health.
