About The Position

Hanover Township Youth and Family Services is seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and diligent individual to apply for a key management position as the Behavioral Health Clinical Manager. Salary is $75,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on qualifications. This is a 40 hour per week position. The Behavioral Health Clinical Manager position is responsible for: Clinical supervision and development of department therapists, managing all the clinical programs and services, and developing and implementing new clinical Bachelor’s and Master’s level internship program. Experience in insurance billing, including Medicaid, is required. Experience in grant writing is highly preferred. Working closely with the Prevention Services Manager and prevention team in assessing and developing new youth programming. This position is part of the Department’s Management Team that works to uphold the Department’s Mission, the Vision of the Town Board, and meet Annual Strategic Goals. Must have a master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy AND LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT . Ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience supervising clinical staff and interns. Knowledge, training, and experience in Play Therapy preferred. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
