About The Position

Branches Portland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Professional to join our team. The Outpatient Tech position is a support services role. A good candidate is one with behavioral healthcare experience, direct patient/customer service experience, administrative and computer capabilities. The work location for this position is: 1815 SW Marlow Ave, Suite 218, Portland, OR 97225 Responsibilities Key responsibilities for the outpatient tech role are as follows: Orienting new clients to the outpatient program, providing explanations on consent paperwork/HIPAA/etc., phone coverage, scheduling appointments, front desk coverage, completing UAs, providing basic support services to patients (i.e. scheduling, questions, case management, etc.), administrative support, and some medical record functions.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.
  • Licensure: None required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years preferred.
