About The Position

We are a state of the art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. We believe in treating the family as a whole, and as such siblings and parents are often incorporated into our therapy. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training program, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and day-time center based services for children between the ages of 2-12. We strive to provide compassionate and creative care to meet the needs of our families Our Services: 1:1 ABA Therapy Parent Training Programs Speech & Occupational Therapy Counseling Autism Testing & Assessments We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children improve communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Comprehensive training is provided, and Behavior Technicians receive consistent on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
Professional references
Reliable transportation and clean criminal history
Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills
Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment
Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families
Collect data and document progress
Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training
