About The Position

We are a state of the art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. We believe in treating the family as a whole, and as such siblings and parents are often incorporated into our therapy. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training program, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and day-time center based services for children between the ages of 2-12. We strive to provide compassionate and creative care to meet the needs of our families Our Services: 1:1 ABA Therapy Parent Training Programs Speech & Occupational Therapy Counseling Autism Testing & Assessments We are seeking energetic, dependable individuals to provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children improve communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Comprehensive training is provided, and Behavior Technicians receive consistent on-site supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Because our clients rely on consistency, professionalism, and reliable attendance are essential in this role.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
Professional references
Reliable transportation and clean criminal history
Ability to walk, run, lift, squat, bend, and push/pull up to 30 lbs as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
Teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living (ADL) skills
Maintain a structured, engaging therapy environment
Build strong, professional relationships with clients and families
Collect data and document progress
Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy teams
Maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training
