About The Position

As a Behavior Technician (BT) , you’ll help children achieve life-changing milestones—like saying “I love you” for the first time. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you’ll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors. The ages are from 2-14 years old. This position is ideal for people who are natural caregivers, individuals who have a passion or interest in preschool teaching, teaching assistant, daycare, early childhood education, and care for individuals with special needs. This is a great role for people who are looking to advance their careers in occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, behavior-based therapy, and other psychology specialties. Requirements
- 18+ years old required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable playing with children
- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday)
- Occasional Saturday availability for make-up sessions

- Obtained your RBT? Start at $17.45 for RBT 1 with much more potential for growth!
