Behavior Technician - Childcare Experience Welcome
About The Position
No certification required! Just 6+ months of paid or volunteer experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, camp counseling, church/youth groups, etc.). Schedule & Pay Hours: All weekdays Monday - Friday from 8am to 6pm OR All weekdays Monday - Friday from 3:30pm to 8pm Work Setting — you’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in our local centers depending on your client’s needs Daily pay access available so you can get paid as you earn Compensation: $20-$29/hr depending on location Spanish fluency will earn an extra $0.50 per hour
Requirements
- You have a High School Diploma or GED completed AND have also completed at least one semester of college coursework or are currently enrolled in college courses.
- At least 6 months of paid or volunteer experience working with children, preferably in educational or therapeutic settings (ABA experience is a plus)
- You have a smartphone or similar device (e.g., iPad, tablet with internet services or laptop) capable of capturing client session data and are tech-savvy.
- You can pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for.
- You'll be driving to and from clients' homes, so you have a reliable form of transportation including a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
- Ability to keep up with active children and are enthusiastic and professional.

- Exposure to individuals with Autism or special needs through family, friends, or work experience is a plus!

- Help Kids Learn Through Play: Teach children new skills like communication, sharing, or following directions — often through fun games or activities.
- Be a Positive Role Model: Encourage progress and celebrate small victories every day.
- Stay Active: You’ll be moving around, playing, and engaging throughout your sessions.
- Keep Things Organized: Track what you worked on and how your kiddo did (we’ll train you on this too).
- Support Families: Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope.
