In this role, you will help implement behavioral plans, support staff training, track progress, and make sure programs run smoothly. Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or acquired brain injury preferred.
  • Knowledge of positive behavioral supports and applied behavior analysis preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support and help carry out individualized behavior plans
  • Monitor treatment and provide feedback to staff and clinicians.
  • Support staff training and help teach new skills
  • Create program materials and support teaching strategies.
  • Collect and organize data to help track progress and program outcomes.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with internal and external partners.
  • Assist on special projects and perform other duties as needed.
