About The Position

The Behavior Technician will implement ABA therapy programs designed by Clinical Supervisors, collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress, collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment, and participate in regular training and supervision sessions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children, especially those with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation for travel to clients' homes

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by Clinical Supervisors
• Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment
• Participate in regular training and supervision sessions
