Keep reading below to see what we’re looking for! About the team and position We’re looking for a Service Attendant to join our growing team. You will support the service and sales teams by managing vehicle inventory flow and maintaining a professional environment for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every task is completed with attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

  • A passion for high-quality work and keeping things neat and organized.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, "all-in" attitude.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • A clean driving record with no more than two moving violations or DUI’s in the last three years.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough interior and exterior vehicle cleaning and detailing to meet Carvana standards.
  • Shuttle vehicles between locations or to local vendors for maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with staging vehicles for customer pickups and backhaul transports.
  • Conduct daily inventory scans and maintain accurate records of vehicle status on the lot.
  • Monitor lot cleanliness and organization to ensure a safe and professional customer environment.
  • Support the service team with basic tasks such as checking fluid levels or moving vehicles into service bays.
