About The Position

You don't need prior ABA experience. We'll train you in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and provide the tools, support, and guidance to help you grow your career while doing work that truly matters.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with children who have Autism, developmental disabilities, or behavioral challenges
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between home and school settings
- A passion for helping children reach their fullest potential
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized behavioral support in homes, schools, and community settings
- Implement and track progress on behavior plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Support and educate families to help children succeed in every environment
- Collaborate with a passionate, multidisciplinary team
- Maintain professionalism, compassion, and positivity in every session
