This Behavior Technician role involves implementing ABA therapy programs in clients' homes and communities, collaborating with families, and participating in ongoing training and supervision.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children, especially those with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation for travel to clients' homes

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by Clinical Supervisors
• Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment
• Participate in regular training and supervision sessions
