Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA techniques to promote independence, social skills, and personal growth through fun and interactive activities tailored to each child's unique needs. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Pass a National Criminal Background check
  • RABI License preferred
  • -Completion 40 Hours RBAI Training Required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to physically engage with children in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30lbs and maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.
  • Must be willing to travel and work in-home settings.

  • Mental health advocates and professionals (QMHP, behavioral health technicians)
  • Camp counselors, volunteers, youth faith group leaders or youth coaching
  • Degrees in special education, teaching, psychology, sociology, or related fields
