About The Position

This is a full-time position located in Clinton Township, MI or Madison Heights, MI. The role involves joining our client as a Behavior Technician to make a difference in the lives of children with autism. You will provide one-on-one therapy, receive training and support, and work in a friendly environment focused on growth and development. Full and part-time schedules are available.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Transportation (1+ years)
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification/license

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Teach language, social, motor, play, and daily living skills (ADLs)
• Maintain a fun, interactive, and organized environment
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and families
• Document behaviors and collect data
• Collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapy departments
• Obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and Quality Behavioral Solutions (QBS) Safety-Care Training
