About The Position
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a passion and desire to make a difference in the life of children with autism in Asheville, North Carolina. Services may be provided in clinic or Home and Community-based settings.
Requirements
- Required: 40 HR RBT Course or Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT)
- Required: Valid driver's license and transportation
- All non registered BTs are required to obtain their RBT within 60 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Preferred: High School Diploma, Bachelors or Master's degree in the Human Service Field with a current RBT Certification
Responsibilities
- Provide home, community and clinic services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Introduces safe and appropriate replacement behaviors and reinforcers.
- Follows the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation.
- Collects behavior data including and records data in CentralReach after each session.
- Participate in training and clinical supervision.
- Work with and under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts
