SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in X, OH. Why Join Us? Your Role: Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans Teach communication, daily living, and social skills Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs Support families through parent training and consistent communication Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment. Requirements

• 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A passion for helping children grow and succeed
• Reliable transportation to client homes in Ontario, OH
