The Behavior Support is responsible for performing a variety of para-professional tasks related to the care of individuals served by Damar. Essential job duties and responsibilities are in accordance with Damar’s Strategic Plan and requirements by licensure. This position is funded by the Department of Education (DOE). Duration of services for clients will vary and be determined by the case conference committee. What would I be doing? Some duties include client supervision and care, crisis management, promoting appropriate social behaviors, and supporting clients in achieving their maximum potential.
